Color Code Your Silent Auction Tables with Balloons!

I recently did a fundraiser where the organization put different color helium balloons on the silent auction tables to separate the different sections.  It worked GREAT! 

I strongly advise organizations to close down the silent auction in sections and either use a different color table cloth, or different color bid sheets so that it is easy to tell which items belong to each sections.  The balloons worked really well as they were not only festive, but the really helped the bidders know what items were closing and when.  All you need is a helium tank and about 3-4 different color balloons.  Just tie the balloons to a ribbon about 6 feet tall and either tape them to the table or tie them down.  You’ll find that this is an easy way to make use of the limited space on a table and make it festive as well!
