Wendy Grimm is a second-generation auctioneer with a family legacy spanning more than 50 years in the auction industry. A graduate of the renowned Mendenhall School of Auctioneering in 2015, Wendy has built an impressive reputation through her dedication to professionalism, continuing education, and exceptional client service.

She has earned several of the National Auction Association's most respected professional designations, including Auction Marketing Management (AMM) , Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate (AARE) , Benefit Auction Specialist (BAS) , Professional Valuation Specialist (PVS) , and the organization's highest educational achievement, the prestigious Certified Auctioneer Institute (CAI) designation.

Wendy's auctioneering career has taken her from community fundraisers and nonprofit galas to large-scale stadium events, earning the respect of clients and fellow auction professionals alike. Her ability to engage audiences, build excitement, and inspire spirited bidding has made her a highly sought-after auctioneer.

A respected leader within the profession, Wendy made history in 2024 as the first woman elected President of the Virginia Auctioneers Association. That same year, she was honored as the Virginia Auctioneers Association Auctioneer of the Year, and in 2025 she earned the title of Virginia State Auctioneer Champion, recognizing her outstanding skill and professionalism.
